Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Personal Care Aides to provide in-home care to clients on weekends, helping with daily living activities and personal care. Aide will follow care plans, document tasks in EVV, assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility, and safety, while upholding privacy and dignity.

Weekend shifts require empathy, reliability, and respectful communication, supporting clients' independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with ability to read and write.
• At least 6 months of validated caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow instructions and provide empathetic, respectful care.

• Maintaining safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
• Performing secondary tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping as needed
• Monitoring client conditions and reporting any concerns or unusual changes
• Respecting client privacy and ensuring quality care within scope of practice
• Assisting with medication self-administration, without direct administration
