Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing oversight for in-home care in Idaho Falls. You will coordinate care plans, supervise caregivers, and support families with clinical guidance, ensuring safety, independence, and high-quality service for seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a team-focused, patient-centered environment dedicated to dignity and comfort in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Idaho required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and reassessments to determine care needs.
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support caregivers to ensure quality care and compliance with plans.
• Provide nursing oversight and clinical guidance to clients and families.
• Monitor client health and intervene when needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other professionals.
• Educate clients and families on health conditions and safety.
