Happy to Help Caregiving in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing oversight for home-based clients. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, supervise caregivers, and guide families with clinical recommendations to maintain safety and independence at home.

This role emphasizes person-centered care, strong communication, and teamwork with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong assessment, documentation and care coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client assessments and reassessments to determine care needs and eligibility for services.
• Developing, reviewing, and updating individualized care plans.
• Supervising and supporting caregivers to ensure quality care and compliance with care plans.
• Providing nursing oversight and clinical guidance to clients, families, and caregiving staff.
• Coordinating care with physicians, family members, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies.
• Educating clients and families on health conditions, safety concerns, and care recommendations.
