Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing oversight for home-based care in Idaho Falls. You will coordinate care, perform assessments, and guide caregivers and families with clinical direction to support seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities in their homes.

This role emphasizes building relationships, delivering person-centered care, and maintaining high professional standards in a community-based, in-home setting

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Idaho required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism are essential.
• Home health/hospice or case management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and reassessments to determine care needs.
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support caregivers to ensure quality care.
• Provide nursing oversight and clinical guidance to clients and families.
• Monitor client health status and identify changes needing intervention.
• Coordinate care with physicians, family, and other professionals.
• Educate clients and families on health conditions and care recommendations.
• Perform nursing visits and maintain accurate documentation.
