Job summary

CVP is seeking a Program Analyst to join our healthcare-focused team supporting Department of Veterans Affairs initiatives. You will analyze and evaluate complex transformation programs, align with VA objectives, and drive Veteran-centered outcomes across clinical, administrative, and technical workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in program analysis and evaluation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage risk and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant administration/healthcare focus.
• 4+ years of program analysis and evaluation experience.
• Experience with systematic evaluation methodologies and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in systematic analysis and evaluation of VA transition program effectiveness.
• Develop risk and transition evaluation frameworks across people, process, technology and timeline workstreams.
• Perform risk identification and outcome evaluation for multiple contracts.
• Support risk registers and transition performance monitoring.
• Engage VA leadership and technical teams to gather requirements and report findings.
• Plan and execute risk evaluation activities during initial months and beyond.
