Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients per VA guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACT team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Document medical records within 24 hours of encounters.
• Ensure timely response to patient requests and VA communications.
• Adhere to VA formulary and training requirements.
