Qualifications

• Experience conducting medical evaluations or primary care assessments.
• Experience reviewing medical histories and documenting structured clinical findings.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or completion of an accredited PA program.
• Active North Carolina NP or PA license or eligibility.
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured Compensation and Pension (C&P) examinations for veterans.
• Complete non-treatment disability assessments and document findings electronically.
• Review medical and mental‑health histories and document in standardized federal tools.
• Perform one‑time evaluations and submit Disability Benefits Questionnaires within timelines.
• Support high‑volume sites serving large Veteran populations.
