Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for charting and documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Greet veterans and conduct history- and physical-based assessments.
• Provide medical opinions when requested.
• Submit charts/orders within 1-2 business days.
• Review medical history in provider portal before appointments.
