Job summary

Matrix Providers is hiring a Nurse Practitioner NP / Physician Assistant PA to perform one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Macon, GA. The role is part-time, 3 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-site work and gender-sensitivity considerations for patients.

The NP/PA must hold an active license, NCCPA (for PAs), a master's degree, and a BLS certification. Prior VA or compensation exam experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active NP/PA license for duration of employment.
• NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants, continuous.
• Master's degree in NP/PA program or equivalent.
• Active BLS certification and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-time, non-treatment VA exams for disability.
• Capture exam responses via web-based forms and submit electronically.
• Coordinate ancillary tests on-site or nearby as needed.
