Job summary

Matrix Providers Inc. is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Phoenix, AZ. The position is full-time with an hourly rate of $60.07–$63.23 and a Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• On-site staff must be fully vaccinated per CDC/state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review veterans' medical histories and perform one-time, non-treatment disability exams.
• Capture responses electronically during the exam and forward completed exams to the VA for disability determinations.
• Perform standard exams (musculoskeletal, cardio, respiratory) and order ancillaries (X-rays, labs, EKGs, PFTs, ABIs) as needed.
