Oracle is offering a Veteran Internship Program (OVIP) in the United States, focusing on transitioning veterans and military spouses. The role centers on customer service across Oracle online venues, requiring a BA/BS and 1–2 years of related experience.

You will engage in hands-on training, gain exposure to IT, sales, and support functions, and develop career-ready skills. You will work with global teams, receive coaching from veteran mentors, and contribute to delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of work experience in customer service.
• Proficient in Excel; basic PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal English; able to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
• Research customer inquiries and determine entitlement to products/services.
• Provision license keys and passwords to activate Oracle products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support evolving business needs.
• Create and maintain process documentation and publish to content management systems.
• Analyze trends and performance through data collection and metrics.
• Identify and report issues impacting quality to management.
• Contribute to ISO-certified quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
