Oracle’s Veteran Internship Program (OVIP) offers transitioning veterans and military spouses hands-on experience in IT, consulting, support, and related fields. Interns will work with leadership, veteran coaches, and HR to develop professional skills and transition to civilian career paths.

The program emphasizes on-the-job training across disciplines, exposure to global teams, and development of practical competencies in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years work experience; may include internship(s).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (HTML a plus).
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service for Oracle’s online venues using phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
• Research customer inquiries and determine entitlement using Oracle applications.
• Provision license keys and passwords to activate Oracle products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop procedures for evolving business needs.
• Create and maintain process documentation and publish to content management systems.
• Analyze trends and measure performance through data collection and metrics.
• Identify and report issues impacting output quality to management.
• Support ISO-certified quality management and contribute to continuous improvement.
