Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a proactive Veteran & Community Engagement Associate in Costa Mesa, CA. You will advance veteran hiring initiatives, coordinate events, and build partnerships with local communities, reporting to the Head of Veteran and Community Engagement.

You’ll own engagement activities, develop materials, manage databases, track KPIs, and collaborate across HR, Marketing, and Comms to maximize impact while operating with independence and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 1-2 years in relevant fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to event planning and data management.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Demonstrated passion for supporting veterans and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador at veteran-focused events and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics and represent Anduril at veteran events.
• Support development and distribution of materials for events.
• Plan and execute community engagement events and civic activities.
• Manage event logistics from concept to completion, including venue selection and vendor coordination.
• Represent Anduril at community events and foster partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for new community partnerships and activations.
• Develop and maintain databases for veteran candidates and partners.
• Track KPIs and contribute to reports on program impact.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Comms to align messaging.
