Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years in Homeless services and 2 years in a Supervisory position.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in employment services.
• Valid California Class C Driver License or ability to use alternative transportation.
• Background checks including criminal and motor vehicle checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Career Development Team and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure enrollments and placements benchmarks are met or exceeded quarterly.
• Maintain accurate client data and complete case management documentation.
• Collaborate with community partners, employers, and funders to refer veterans and expand opportunities.
