Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Registered Nurse to support veterans in the Dayton, OH area on a 1-year contract. The role requires ICU-level care, ED/OR scrubs, and strong documentation skills. Flexible to Locum or traveling professionals, with a day schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at 4100 W Third Street.

Candidate must hold Ohio nursing licensure, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year of direct patient care. VA experience is a plus; benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio nursing license.
• 1+ year of direct patient care experience in the last 3 years.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical care nursing for ICU patients.
• Scrub and circulate in ED and OR.
• Obtain patient history and assess care needs.
• Document care plans in medical records.
• Administer medications and IV therapies.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies.
