Responsibilities

• This position is located in the Nutrition and Food Service at the James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
• Prepares nutritious, high quality meals for service to Veterans.
• Follows menus, production sheets, and recipes to prepare items in the required quantities.
• Uses various cooking methods to prepare meats, vegetables, and desserts and assembles sandwiches.
