Job summary

A participating Kia dealership in California is seeking Military Veterans for the Automotive Service Technician role through the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program. This full-time position offers hands-on training and leads to Kia Service Technician certification. Candidates with an Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service and prior mechanical experience will excel. Additional benefits include GI Bill® eligibility for a Monthly Housing Allowance during the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including various systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Complete repair orders and warranty documentation.
