Job summary

Kiavets in Pennsylvania is seeking Military Veterans for the Automotive Service Technician role as part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program. This program offers full-time employment while providing hands-on training and support necessary to develop mechanical and diagnostic skills. Eligible Veterans benefit from the GI Bill and gain Kia Service Technician certification after completing the one-year apprenticeship. Ideal candidates will have mechanical experience and a valid driver's license, with a focus on teamwork and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field is required.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including engines and electrical systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics using Kia diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repair quality.
