Job summary

A structured automotive technician apprenticeship program is seeking Military Veterans with mechanical experience to become Automotive Service Technicians in St. Louis. Participants will receive hands-on dealership training, work full-time, and complete a one-year competency-based apprenticeship leading to Kia Service Technician certification. Eligible Veterans can receive a Monthly Housing Allowance through the GI Bill® during their apprenticeship, enhancing their transition into the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and mechanical repairs.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors.
