Difference between Vetco Vaccination Clinics and Vetco Total Care Hospitals:

• Vetco Vaccination Clinics: Offer wellness exams, vaccinations, medications, heartworm testing, and microchips. No surgeries, emergencies, or sick visits. Located inside Petco stores, with appointment management to ensure timely service.
• Vetco Total Care Hospitals: Provide preventive care, diagnostics, outpatient surgeries, and dental procedures. Equipped with advanced technology and staffed by licensed personnel. No overnight or emergency on-call shifts. Managed with an appointment-based system for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine license in good standing.
• State-specific licensing to perform all shift functions, including blood draws and vaccinations.
• DEA license in good standing (preferred for hospital shifts).
• Professional Liability Insurance and license defense policy.
• Compliance with local, state, and federal mandates.
