You will participate in GP, ER, and specialty cases, with supervision from an experienced veterinarian and support staff, gaining exposure across multiple services.

Stipends are available to offset travel and lodging costs, and priority scheduling is given to students in official externship blocks for school credit.

Qualifications

• Must be a current veterinary student at an AVMA-accredited school
• Priority scheduling for clinical-year externship blocks
• Proof of professional liability insurance (SAVMA members can obtain no-cost insurance)
