Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
• At least two years of veterinary technician experience.
• Advanced proficiency in anesthetic monitoring.
• Excellent client communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, train, mentor, and evaluate neurology technicians and assistants.
• Set daily priorities, match staff with neurologists, and adjust coverage as needed.
• Oversee safety protocols, drug-log maintenance, and radiation badge management.
• Maintain emergency on-call schedules and approve time-off requests.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate educational topics.
• Update training manuals, SOPs, and inventory records; support team training.
