New Hope Animal Hospital in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian to champion clinical excellence, mentor associate veterinarians, and partner with the Practice Manager to build a strong, engaged team.

You will drive the annual operating plan, oversee hospital performance toward EBITDA goals, ensure compliance with medical and DEA regulations, and lead growth through monthly doctor meetings, externships, and mentorship, all while benefiting from Mission Pet Health’s nationwide

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and state license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality with commitment to core values and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians; lead a collaborative team.
• Set clinical standards and drive medical excellence across the hospital.
• Partner with Practice Manager to develop annual operating plans and improve hospital performance.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings, externships, and mentorship programs to foster growth.
• Act as an ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health in the community.
