Job summary

Spaulding Outpatient Center Wellesley, part of Mass General Brigham, is expanding and seeks a full-time Physical Therapist specializing in Vestibular Rehabilitation to serve patients with dizziness and balance disorders.

You will provide evidence-based care, supervise PT students and assistants as needed, and contribute to program development and ongoing research at the site. Strong communication and patient-centered care are essential to improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Strong communication abilities in both oral and written form.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establishes therapy goals and formulates a treatment plan based on evaluation results.
• Supervises PTAs in accordance with policy and state regulations.
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy sessions for outpatient clients.
• Participates in discharge planning and interdisciplinary groups.
• Record all pertinent data in medical records.
