Job summary

Spaulding Outpatient Center in Wellesley, part of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a Vestibular Rehabilitation focus. The role targets patients with dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, and vestibular dysfunction, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to improve balance, mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required or Master’s/Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in hospital, rehab, or ambulatory setting.
• Active State Physical Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes therapy goals and formulates a treatment plan based on evaluation results.
• Supervises PTAs in accordance with policy and state regulations.
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy sessions for outpatient clients.
• Participates in interdisciplinary groups for hospice or home health patients.
• Participates in discharge planning and maintains documentation in medical records.
