Spaulding Outpatient Center Wellesley is expanding and is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist specializing in Vestibular Rehabilitation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will treat patients with dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders and vestibular dysfunction, providing individualized, evidence-based care to improve balance, mobility, confidence and quality of life, with strong communication, clinical expertise and patient-centered approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher required.
• 2–3 years of hospital, rehab, or ambulatory setting experience.
• State license as Physical Therapist required.

Aufgaben

• Establishes therapy goals and formulates a treatment plan based on evaluation results.
• Supervises PTAs in accordance with organizational policy and state regulations.
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients in outpatient care.
• Participates in hospice and home health case conferences as part of interdisciplinary groups.
• Participates in discharge planning.
• Conducts initial assessment using standardized tools and recommends treatment.
• Records all pertinent data in the patient's medical records.
