Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in investigations, audits and inspections preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Coast Guard and OSHA compliance by studying regulations and conducting inspections.
• Lead accident prevention through investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Develop safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Represent the company at US Coast Guard, Industry and OSHA meetings.
• Provide safety data analysis, publish reports and audit actions.
• Maintain safe work environments and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Perform on-call rotation covering nights and weekends.
• Travel to vessels up to 40% of the time.
