Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5-8 years of progressive related experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and industrial/shipyard safety compliance.
• Experience in government contracting or shipyard environments preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure contract specifications and workmanship standards are met.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and non-conformance tracking.
• Lead inspector personnel and coordinate with customers and third-party inspectors.
• Develop and enforce Job Hazard Analyses and site safety plans.
• Provide safety and quality metrics and reporting to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
