The Vessel Ops & Strategy Senior Analyst supports the design, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships that advance NCLH's competitive position, growth, and operational performance. Reporting to the Manager of Vessel Ops & Strategy, the role focuses on breaking down complex business problems, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing insights into executive recommendations, and partnering across functions to implement high-impact strategic initiatives. The Senior Analyst contributes to long-term value creation by identifying opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, and supporting performance optimization across strategic priorities.
Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related quantitative or analytic field
Preference for 2-4 years of experience in strategy, financial strategy / capital planning, management consulting, and / or PE operations. Understanding of vessel operations, marine / technical systems, and cruise industry dynamics preferred
