Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Vessel Ops & Strategy Senior Analyst to lead the design, analysis and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance performance across the organization.

You will translate complex business issues into data-driven insights, prepare executive-ready materials, and partner with finance, operations and external consultants to drive high-impact results in a fast-paced cruise industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Business, Finance or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, financial strategy/capital planning, management consulting, or PE operations preferred.
  • Understanding of vessel operations, marine/technical systems, and cruise industry dynamics preferred.
  • Masters degree is a plus or preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Enable strategic projects and partnerships aligned with enterprise strategy and goals.
  • Analyze and support integration of new ventures and strategic initiatives; develop execution strategies and identify risks and dependencies.
  • Develop executive-level analyses, presentations, and recommendations for the board and leadership team.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and external execution support (consultants, designers, contractors).
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across project teams.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Job Summary

The Vessel Ops & Strategy Senior Analyst supports the design, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships that advance NCLH's competitive position, growth, and operational performance. Reporting to the Manager of Vessel Ops & Strategy, the role focuses on breaking down complex business problems, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing insights into executive recommendations, and partnering across functions to implement high-impact strategic initiatives. The Senior Analyst contributes to long-term value creation by identifying opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, and supporting performance optimization across strategic priorities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enable strategic projects and partnerships in alignment with the enterprise strategy and goals
  • Analyze and support the integration of new ventures and strategic initiatives by developing execution strategies, evaluating key business decisions and tradeoffs, facilitating cross-functional alignment, identifying risks and dependencies, and recommending solutions to drive successful implementation.
  • Develop executive-level analyses, presentations, and recommendations for the board and executive leadership team, translating complex business issues into clear, data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with working-level team(s) at strategic partner(s) and third-party execution support (e.g., management consultants, design consultants, and contractors)
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across the project team(s)
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Qualifications
