Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Focus on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff to support the Vessel Closure portfolio.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and discuss how vascular products can help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision-makers.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
• Educate customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations across multiple formats.
• Attend clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success with vascular products.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Support the broader Region with case coverage beyond defined territory.
