Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Clinical Specialist for Vessel Closure to support Fargo, ND and surrounding region. You will promote vascular products through education, service and training of hospital staff, delivering hands-on support to help achieve sales goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–5+ years of related experience and travel up to 50%. You will work with physicians in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and OR to advance patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Focuses on hospital staff to support Vessel Closure portfolio and future product releases.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to discuss clinical needs and demonstrate products.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify decision makers.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of products via presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success with vascular products.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions.
