Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Focuses on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff to support the Vessel Closure portfolio.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vessel Closure products can help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Provide clinical education and in-service training for company products.
• Attend clinical procedures in Cath Lab, IR Lab, and OR to ensure customer and patient success.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions and collaborate with sales/marketing/product teams.
