Job summary

Metro Services is seeking to fill VES Installer positions for an automotive manufacturing company in Smyrna, TN. This is a Temp-to-Hire role with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (1st shift) and 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (2nd shift). Apply now.

Duties include installing vehicle accessories per specs, following procedures, and using hand, electric, and air-powered tools. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow written training and installation instructions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work at heights up to 15 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of vehicle accessories on newly manufactured vehicles per customer specs.
• Follow detailed installation procedures to ensure quality workmanship.
• Safely operate hand, electric, and air-powered tools.
• Inspect completed installations for quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; assist with other duties as needed.
