Job summary

METRO SERVICES in Sparta, TN is seeking an Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and monitor extrusion lines, ensuring product quality and process efficiency.

You will inspect profiles, verify specifications with calipers and gauges, and perform material and tooling changes as needed. This role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around heat and moving machinery.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred.
• Experience operating plastic extrusion equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to take accurate measurements.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.
