Job summary

Prairie Landworks, Inc. is seeking a General Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and building projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating both subcontractor scopes and self-performed civil and concrete work.

You will own project budgets and schedules, guide subcontractor buyout and scope alignment, plan self-performed civil and concrete efforts, and collaborate closely with Superintendents and field crews to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or building construction project management experience.
• Experience coordinating self-performed scopes such as concrete, utilities, or earthwork.
• Experience managing subcontractor-heavy projects.
• Strong understanding of schedule sequencing and critical path.
• Experience with job cost tracking and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of contracts and delivery methods.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

You will be responsible for full project ownership — cost, schedule, documentation, and field alignment.

About you:

You have:

• 5+ years of commercial or building construction project management experience
