Job summary

Global Applications Solution is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional/Technical Consultant with Vertex Tax Integration expertise to lead tax configuration and optimization within an Oracle ERP environment. Focus areas include P2P (AP, PO) and OTC (AR, OM) tax workflows, exemptions, and customer/vendor tax rules.

The role requires hands-on Vertex implementation, Oracle P2P/OTC knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with Tax, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate tax calculation,

Qualifications

• Vertex experience in implementation and configuration with Vertex O Series.
• Strong functional/technical knowledge of Oracle P2P (AP/PO) and OTC (AR/OM).
• In-depth knowledge of sales and use tax rules, exemptions, and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vertex tax implementation and integration with Oracle Financials/ERP for P2P and OTC.
• Oversee end-to-end P2P workflows and ensure proper tax setup for invoicing and tax scenarios.
• Design and configure OTC tax workflows including eligibility and customer tax mapping.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing and troubleshoot tax rule logic and data issues.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax, Finance, IT and stakeholders to translate tax rules into ERP configurations.
