ProcessBarron is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to layout, fit, and fabricate structural and metal components used in assemblies and industrial equipment. The role requires reading engineering drawings, performing quality welds in multiple positions, and operating fabrication tools safely.

Welding, blueprint interpretation, and adherence to safety standards are essential, along with the ability to work with various metals and to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Working knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication methods, and welding safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Verify dimensions and specifications before, during, and after fabrication.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Operate welding, forming, cutting, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Layout, fit, and fabricate structural and metal components according to specifications.
