Job summary

The worker will preheat, post-heat, and flame-anneal parts, braze as needed, and maintain quality while complying with codes. The job offers a shift differential of $2.00/hr for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, voluntary overtime, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret sketches and drawings and make necessary welds.
• Skill in using gas and electric welding equipment to apply brazing or welding material in any position.
• Pay close attention to produce satisfactory welds and meet codes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and plans; select tools and materials.
• Set up, weld, braze and finish parts in all positions.
• Preheat, post-heat, and flame anneal parts as required.
• Ensure safety equipment use and maintain clean work area.
