Bender CCP in Vernon, CA is seeking an experienced Welder for the 2nd shift to join a team repairing, refurbishing, and machining engineered industrial equipment. You will weld complex components for pumps, turbines, and rotating equipment, with a focus on quality workmanship and hands-on problem solving.

The role emphasizes a consistent 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM), competitive pay of $30–$42 per hour, and benefits including health and 401(k) with employer match. Overtime may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years welding experience in heavy industrial settings.
• Hands-on MIG, TIG and Flux-Core welding proficiency.
• Ability to pass a 6G weld test.
• Strong blueprint-reading and welding-symbol interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux-Core welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys.
• Fit, fabricate, and weld components to precise specs.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols; interpret drawings.
• Weld in multiple positions, including pipe and structural work.
• Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity.
• Operate shop tools and assist machinists and mechanics.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
