Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Warehouse Floater to join our distribution center team in Orlando. The role covers shipping, receiving, and various warehouse duties, with the ability to function as an Order Selector, Forklift Operator, Loader, and/or Picker/Packer when needed.

The position is physically demanding, requires long hours, and a focus on safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Must be a team player and able to communicate well with others.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Certified in forklift operations and able to operate related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of AS400 Warehouse Systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a floater in all areas of the ABC warehouse/distribution center.
• Operate forklift, stock picker or turret truck to move product.
• Assist and train new team members as needed by supervisor.
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and verify loading documents.
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards promptly.
• Work across multiple departments as needed and support the team.
