Job summary

Blue Stream Fiber is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Orlando to support receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping processes. You will maintain accurate inventory, operate forklifts, and help deliver orders to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain forklift certification. Teamwork and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to operate heavy machinery after proper training.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and policies preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and restock orders, maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process and package orders for shipment and deliver to customers.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized and report discrepancies.
• Assist customer service with shipment-related inquiries and complaints.
• Inspect received and shipped goods for defects and document issues.
