Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound or outbound activities. The role requires following SOPs to pick, check quality, sort, wrap pallets, and prepare orders for shipment.

You will cross-train in multiple warehouse areas, operate WMS, and handle material handling equipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Overtime with little notice.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• RF scanner or voice-pick experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, and shipping prep.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects as needed.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and operate material handling equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow OSHA rules.
• Communicate concerns to management and participate in meetings.
