Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities and meet quality, safety and productivity standards. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, sort, wrap pallets, and prepare orders for shipment; operate WMS and material handling equipment; and participate in cross-training across warehouse areas.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods and complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift.
• Abilities to bend, reach, and operate in a fast paced environment.
• RF scanner/voice picking experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, packing and shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (forklift, order picker, reach truck).
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform inventory control tasks.
