Job summary

Garelick Farms seeks a general production worker to support multiple departments as production demands fluctuate. You will maintain knowledge of job roles, perform duties across the facility, and report any food safety or quality issues promptly.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; production experience is preferred and some certifications may be required during employment. Teamwork, accuracy in record-keeping, and strong math skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.
• Must be able to follow directions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of jobs in the assigned department and across the facility.
• Perform duties across the facility as production requirements dictate.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Obtain and maintain all certifications and licenses required.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Follow GMPs and all regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
