Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in a trade under a skilled tradesperson or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks: flooring, doors, hardware, stairs, railings, ceiling tile replacement.
• Carry out minor electrical tasks: replace receptacles, light fixtures, circuit breakers.
• Repair, install, and maintain plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Perform painting duties: surface prep, priming, painting.
• Maintain mechanical equipment: exhaust fans, dryers, sump pumps, generators.
