Job summary

Garden State Athletic Network (GSAN) is seeking a versatile Sports Broadcaster to be the voice and face of our live productions across New Jersey. You will deliver accurate play-by-play or color commentary and adapt to different sports and booth formats.

Responsibilities include pre-game research, on-air interviews, and close collaboration with the production team. Some travel to schools and weekend/evening broadcasts are required during the fall season.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2–3 years on-air experience at interscholastic/collegiate level
• Strong knowledge of multiple sports rules and terminology

Responsibilities

• On-Air Commentary: deliver play-by-play or color commentary.
• Pre-Game Research: study teams/rosters for deep analysis.
• Interviews: conduct on-air interviews with athletes/coaches.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with on-site crew and producers
