Job summary

Ernst Instruments seeks a versatile team member to handle production and maintenance tasks in our facility. You will operate machines, assist with packaging and shipping, maintain inventory, and support quality control while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, basic English literacy, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with listening, consultative and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform product pick, fabricate, and assemble per orders.
• Operate warehouse machines and measure using calipers.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and calculating weights/costs.
• Maintain inventory organization and perform cycle counts.
• Follow safety procedures and complete daily reports.
