Job summary

Kymera International is hiring production operators for our Detroit facility. A variety of roles—torch operator, shear operator, chip crusher operator, ferrotitanium crusher operator, powders operator, water treatment operator, briquetter operator, and material handler—may be assigned as openings arise.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with potential overtime and weekend work based on production needs. Health care and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• No relocation provided.
• Team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet hourly requirements of the position.
• Work different shifts and weekends.
• Operate forklifts and skid steers.
• Work in hot/cold environments, including outdoors.
• Wear safety PPE and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Stand or walk for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
