Job summary

Kymera International in Robesonia, PA is seeking Production Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts to manufacture, inspect, package and ship master alloys and related materials. Qualifications

• Fluency in English including reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, plus every other weekend.
• Ability to work outdoors in temperatures below 32°F and above 100°F with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operates mix stations and equipment to assemble raw material mixtures with 100% accuracy.
• Operates furnaces, CIP materials and related equipment for material production.
• Uses lift trucks, sizing equipment, and inspection tools to process and inspect in-process material.
• Maintains records and documents to support work area operations.
• Keeps work area clean to prevent cross-contamination when changing products.
• Disassembles and reassembles equipment and cleans work areas for inspections.
• Performs daily maintenance and coordinates maintenance needs with supervisors.
• Follows safety and quality policies and trains others as needed.
