Job summary

Kymera International is seeking Production Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Pennsylvania. The role involves following work station procedures to manufacture, inspect, package and ship master alloys and metal powders, while maintaining records and adhering to safety and quality systems.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience; ability to work outdoors in temperature extremes with PPE, and to work Monday through Friday plus one weekend in a rotating

Qualifications

• Fluency in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, plus every other weekend.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures while wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate mix station equipment and handheld tools to assemble and create raw material mixtures.
• Operate furnaces, CIP equipment and related processes to produce finished materials.
• Use lift trucks and cleaning tools to prepare, inspect and finalize products.
• Complete and maintain records supporting work area operations.
• Prevent cross-contamination by cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Train new staff on procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor equipment and escalate maintenance needs.
